How do I book a study space?
Answer
To book a study space:
- Visit https://studyspaces.concordia.ab.ca/reserve/study_spaces
- Select the day, room, and time you would like to book. You can book a one hour time slot.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Submit Times.
- Login with your CUE email and password.
- Click Continue.
- Click Submit my Booking to confirmation your study space.
NOTE: You will receive a confirmation email of your room booking. If you do not receive an email, you have not booked the room.
You can book a room up to 48 hours in advance and the booking window opens at 9:00pm.
